Job Summary
USA Big Mountain Paper Inc. is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Driver to support our production and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for loading, unloading, staging, and transporting materials throughout the facility, ensuring timely supply to production lines and accurate inventory movement.
Key Responsibilities
Operate sit-down or stand-up forklifts (gas/electric) in a safe and efficient manner
Load and unload raw materials, finished goods, and packaging supplies
Transport materials between warehouse and production areas
Stage pallets for shipping, receiving, or production use
Perform visual inspections of goods for damage or mislabeling
Maintain accurate logs for inventory movement and location tracking
Comply with safety procedures, warehouse policies, and OSHA regulations
Assist in general warehouse duties as needed (manual handling, cleaning, etc.)
Requirements
Valid forklift operator certification (or willingness to obtain)
1+ year of forklift driving experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced, physically active setting
Basic math and recordkeeping skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to follow safety instructions and work as part of a team.
