We're a startup plastic recycler located in Jacksonville, FL. We collect plastic scrap from several suppliers and process it into regrind.
We're looking for a full-time Plant Manager, who would be responsible for overseeing recycling plant operations. The role will require strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure the smooth operation and efficiency of the plant.

- Experience in production planning and manufacturing operations
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Job Description:
- Supply: Organize plastic scrap deliveries schedule
- Production: Plan processing schedules, establish production goals, and develop strategies to meet those goals while minimizing costs
- Safety: Ensure a safe working environment for plant workers and uphold safety standards
- Equipment: Diagnose equipment problems, make repairs, and order new equipment
- Employees: Hire and train new employees, build and maintain trusting relationships with them, and communicate performance expectations. (Processing line is brand new and requires only one general labor employee to load the plastics into the conveyor belt)
- Quality: Ensure product quality and on-time shipping
- Compliance: Monitor processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies and procedures
We offer salary and performance bonuses as a compensation. $19 / hr (flat) and $22 / line working hour.
