Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable, upbeat, and professional Accounts Manager / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is based in a combined office and warehouse setting on the north side of town and requires someone who is organized, customer-focused, and experienced in client management and logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
-Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing outstanding customer service.
-Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate, up-to-date records.
-Coordinate logistics, shipping, and delivery schedules.
-Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.
-Answer phone calls and emails professionally and promptly.
-Resolve client issues with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
-Prepare invoices, reports, and general administrative documentation.
Requirements:
-Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, account management, or logistics.
-Strong communication and organizational skills.
-A positive, team-oriented attitude.
-Comfortable working in a mixed office/warehouse environment.
-Must have reliable transportation to commute to the north side location.
-Proficient with computers (email, Microsoft Office, etc.).
