Management company is seeking a part-time experienced Assistant Property Manager with experience in management of condominium and rental units to support and assist manager with the daily operations.
Must speak English and Spanish. Must have own transportation.
Duties include:
Assist Regional Manager with all aspects of the property operations
Physically inspect properties
Obtain quotes for projects
Follow up on violations
Work with the homeowner's and residents
Process condo approvals
The candidate MUST:
Must have strong communication skills, verbal and written
Must speak and write fluent English and Spanish
Must be detailed oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask at all times
Be proficient with the computer, Microsoft office and Outlook
Must have own transportation, driver's license and drivers insurance
