Yardi, Onesite, and other Leasing software experience is a Plus
Greet and assist prospective residents in a friendly and professional manner
Conduct property tours and showcase available units
Provide information on rental rates, leasing specials, and property amenities
Process rental applications and conduct background checks
Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documents are completed accurately
Collect and process rental payments
Coordinate move-in and move-out processes
Address resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and resident interactions
Bilingual Leasing Consultant Skills:
Strong upselling skills to promote additional services or upgrades to prospective residents
Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for residents and prospects
Proficient in data entry to accurately input resident information and lease details
Knowledge of property leasing processes and regulations
Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks, such as preparing lease agreements and conducting background checks
Understanding of LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) program requirements, if applicable
Sales skills to effectively communicate the value of the property to potential residents
Familiarity with leasing softwares such as Yardi and/or Onesite is a plus!
Basic knowledge of property management principles and practices
Strong administrative skills to handle paperwork, maintain records, and organize leasing activities
