McGowan's Heating & Air Conditioning is an established heating and air conditioning company looking for a reliable Customer Service Representatives for scheduling appointments for our customers and handling troubleshooting calls, as well as being a communication point with our technicians. This is an entry level position.
The ideal candidate must be primarily an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed, especially in emergency situations. You must be able to multi-task as well as take the appropriate action with little supervision.
The goal is to enable different parties to communicate well by ensuring the accurate and timely transmission of information.
Responsibilities
Answering in-bound calls from customers and assessing their needs
Scheduling technicians to customer's homes or businesses
Providing exceptional customer service to customers
Following-up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Performing office clerical work, such as filing and organizing
Working as a team player and contributing to the team accordingly
Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements
Experience as dispatcher or relevant position preferred
General computer literacy
Proficient typing with experience in data entry
Outstanding organizational skills with multitasking and problem-solving abilities
Active listener with excellent communication skills
Efficient with strong attention to detail; ability to prioritize tasks
Able to work independently and exercise sound judgement
High school diploma
