Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision and foresight.
Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Assist with personal errands, household management, and personal event planning.
Serve as a liaison between the employer and various contacts, ensuring seamless communication.
Provide support for personal projects, including research and coordination of activities.
Adapt to changing priorities and be available for urgent tasks as needed.
Offer emotional intelligence and a supportive presence in various situations.
Qualifications:
Experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Cool-headed and composed under pressure, with a positive attitude.
Flexible and willing to assist with a wide range of tasks, big or small.
Cultural awareness and worldly perspective, able to engage with diverse individuals and environments.
Proficient in technology, including calendar management tools and communication platforms.
Preferred Attributes:
Multilingual skills are a plus.
Background in hospitality, event planning, or executive support.
Goes the extra mile.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a can-do attitude.
