We are a small, family-owned trucking company looking for a reliable and organized OTR Dispatcher to join our team!
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and be comfortable using email, Excel spreadsheets, and Adobe programs. Experience with dry vans and/or flatbeds is a plus.
Responsibilities
Book loads and dispatch drivers efficiently
Maintain clear communication with drivers and customers
Monitor shipments and resolve any issues that arise during transit
Keep accurate records and documentation
Qualifications
Previous dispatching or logistics experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency with Excel, email, and Adobe tools
Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Part-time and full-time positions may be available
