Office Assistance – Full Time.
Hours are Mon-Fri (7:00AM – 3:00PM or 9:30AM – 5:30PM)

Key Responsibilities:
Answer the phone, record messages, and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Use Microsoft Excel and Word to create, update, and manage spreadsheets and reports.
Process sales orders.
Set up logistics for shipments and manage deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
Monitor and record weekly sales and inventory data.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Assist with general office duties as needed.
Qualified candidates would have the following qualifications:
3+ years of office experience required
Ability to multitask and be organized
Works well with others
Mature professional attitude
Ability to get work done without close supervision
Have reliable transportation
Proficient in Microsoft (Office and Excel)
Possess typing skills
Possess problem solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Good computer skills.
Great communication skills.
Be drug free, non-smoker
Ability to pass a background check
