Real Estate office is looking for a FULL or PART TIME office manager. Need to be a multi tasker, someone who is willing to do a little bit of everything. Starting pay is $15-$25 (depending on experience), with room for potential to earn more money based on performance. The position does not offer benefits or paid vacation at this time. All training provided, no license required. Office is conveniently located on Atlantic Blvd and I-295.
Some of the office responsibilities will include:
- Screening telephone calls, inquiries, showing requests, and handling them as needed
- Handling correspondence
- Getting estimates from different contractors
- Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
- Uploading listings to the MLS and maintain them
- Organize and maintain files
- Faxing in pay-off request to lenders and homeowner's associations
- Carrying out various research projects
Requirements:
- Some experience working in the real estate industry
- Excellent communication and administrative assistant experience
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, proactive, take charge attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- MUST HAVE basic computing skills including Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Excel
- Is well organized
- Must be comfortable talking with the company's clients in person and on the phone
- Must be able to attend to clients in a courteous manner
