Jax City Cars LLC is looking to hire a reliable receptionist fluent in Spanish.
We are a used car dealership located on Blanding Blvd. looking to hire a full time receptionist No prior experience is required, but is preferred. Ability to speak Spanish fluently and a valid US driver's License is required.
The responsibilities include but not limited to
Answering and directing incoming calls responding to voicemails and emails
Sales: Show the cars to customers and answer their questions.
Bookkeeping
Take pictures of the cars and put them for sale online ( on webs where we advertise our vehicles such as craigslist and Facebook)
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
File and Process paper work
Required skills and abilities include but are not limited to:
Attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to follow orders as directed
Good time management
Required qualification:
Have a valid driver's License
Fluent in speak Spanish
