Business Representative (PART TIME- Work and Earn)

COMPENSATION/BENEFIT
A monthly compensation of $2600 will be rewarded to a Business Representative plus a 3% commission of a contract which will be paid after its completion. Medical benefit is a must for a working Business Representative. Occasional bonuses will be rewarded based on performance and speed of work.
BASIC PROFICIENCIES
Paramount among the requirements include high level of communication skills with reading and understanding abilities, basic computer knowledge/skills, customer focus and being customer oriented with problem solving abilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Main tasks will include; preparation and following up on real estate forms and documents (purchases/sales/ renting and all other agreements per the direction of property manager), contract reviews, client maintenance through professional communication/client relation, occasional consulting duties, creating reports and recording of invoices.
