Our growing real estate management company is seeking a qualified Property Manager for Jacksonville, eastern and southern areas.

Property Manager needed for Single Family Homes:
- Portfolio is ready to be managed
- Commission split, flexible schedule
- Florida Real Estate License is required
Responsibilities:
- Promote and show properties to prospective tenants
- Interview, qualify and place tenants
- Review applications and verify information
- Prepare leases and notices for tenants
- Do move-in and move-out inspections
- Create and assign work orders from tenants; follow up with vendors
- Grow portfolio of properties with leads provided
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years proven experience as property manager/ assistant property manager.
- Full knowledge of relevant local, state and federal legislation and regulations.
- Excellent computer and internet skills.
- Must have reliable transportation, work is carried out in multiple locations.
- Florida Real Estate License is essential
Location: Jacksonville
Compensation: commission based. This is a contract job.
