Business Systems Analyst

Position Overview:
This resource will support the operational services team. Need to standardize everything (reporting, ops models, etc.) because this client was built on acquisitions and there are a lot of employees from varying backgrounds/companies that need to come together. Need to improve the business-centric reporting.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Parachute in on teams, review how they operate currently, then help to implement standards with them and adopt it. They won't fully own the implementation but need to be there to facilitate.
Must Haves:
1. 5+ years of BSA experience
2. Conceptualization skills-someone who can come in and clean up
3. Good tech background with exposure/knowledge in ServiceNow and/or Jira
4. Agile experience
