Responsible for working as part of a team to support Field Project Managers in prospecting and building a pipeline of qualified leads to meet business plans, quotes, and company objectives. The ideal candidate should be ambitious, self motivated, detail oriented, organized, and friendly with high energy, a willingness to learn and be creative. The primary focus of this role is to provide support so the sales team can operate effectively on a day to day basis.
The key duties are: Research and target prospects using a variety of sales tools.
Meet with homeowners in order to obtain key information from targeted prospects to meet qualified lead criteria.
On a daily basis, track prospects - identify decision makers, timelines and specific qualifications.
Qualifications: Reliable Transportation
Critical thinking related to estimating a prospects interest level in the company's solution
Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage time effectively
Self Starter and goal oriented
High energy, positive attitude
