Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Pool Salesman. The ideal candidate will be a professional, future-focused self-starter with previous experience in pool sales. This role requires a passion for delivering top-notch customer service, a knack for building relationships, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and actively pursue new sales opportunities.
- Conduct consultations with potential clients to understand their needs and desires.
- Create customized pool designs and proposals tailored to each client's vision.
- Present proposals and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
- Close sales and ensure a seamless transition to construction.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process, build process and beyond.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in pool sales or a related field is required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
- A valid contractor's license is preferred but not required.
