Pay:
$10.00/hour + Sales Commissions (average Sales Reps $800-$1200)
In addition, there will be weekly and monthly bonus's and prizes for the Top Sales Team Members ranging from Cash to electronic devices such as iPhone's, IPads, Big Screen TVs, gift certificates and trips to exciting destinations just to name a few!
Hours:
The position is being offered Full-Time w/ open flexibility to work Monday-Saturday 9 AM - 9 PM.
Required to work at least five 8 hours per day
Including (2) 15 minute breaks, and a 1-hour lunch break.

What does an Inside Sales Representative do?
An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making 150+ calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
We are not a cold callingĀ business!
Responsibilities
Source new sales opportunities by contacting our existing customer database offering additional services beyond what they have already signed up for which means NO COLD CALLING.
Understand customer needs and requirements and how we can meet their needs.
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
Close sales and achieve weekly quotas
160+ calls per daily.
Requirements:
Previous Sales Experience preferred
Strong phone presence and experience dialing 100+ calls per day
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Pass a background screening.
Proven track record of overachieving quota
We have a newly remodeled corporate office in Orange Park Florida travel to and from this location would be necessary. RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION IS REQUIRED.
