AVAILABLE POSITIONS:
Community Manager
o Ability to "run the show" and the daily operations of the apartment community
o Organized, driven and friendly personality
o Capacity to collect rent and multitask
o Strong administrative and organizational skills
o Management experience required
o Promoting opportunities within the company and building your team
Leasing & Marketing Associates
o Ability to sell & close the deal
o Outgoing, upbeat, bubbly personality
o 1-3 years' experience in sales: retail, restaurant, hospitality, etc.
