The Territory is basically A1A from Mickler to Butler.
You will be paid a commission of $500 for every Ad sold. It will be paid weekly.

The job starts immediately after the Thanksgiving Holiday.
I will be working along-side you. I will provide whatever training you need or want. I will be there if you need me.
I figure that we will be done by the end of January.
The prospect base is in the hundreds. I think, but I am not sure, that you should sell about 50 Ads into the Book and onto the Website. That will make you $25,000 during that time.
If we work together you can join me to do the same type of sales in 3 more issues during 2025, with your territory being St. Johns County. I figure that the earnings per book will be the same.
