Established health insurance agency seeking licensed insurance agents to work remotely to enroll members into ACA insurance plans. Ideal candidates must have or possess the following:
1. Must be self-motivated and disciplined. Remote work is not for everyone.
2. Must have a minimum of 1 year experience working as an agent enrolling members into ACA plans.
3. Must have working experience with Health Sherpa and Dialer/CRM systems in general.
4. Must be licensed in Florida and at least 5 other States and your licenses must be in good standing (more States = more leads – see below).
5. Must have a working computer or laptop, headset and clean organized dedicated workspace.
6. Must be willing to commit to a full time remote position from 10am – 6pm Monday through Friday.
We have partnered with a large marketing agency that will provide our remote agents unlimited live transfer leads throughout the day. (You need to be currently licensed in at least 5 States in addition to Florida to receive sufficient call volume).
We offer a strong commission of $25 per member enrolled. Average agents are enrolling 50 members per week with above average agents enrolling 80+ members per week. The realistic commission range weekly is: $800 - $2,000+. This is a commission only position. Commissions are paid bi-weekly (every other Friday).
This is a great opportunity for the motivated agent who wants to work from home and not be in a call center environment everyday! Unlimited live transfer leads are provided and you will have a dedicated login to Health Sherpa and our Dialer/CRM platform. There is an onboarding process which includes a basic background check (3-5 days). Once that process is complete you will be added to the Remote Agent Campaign!
