RESIDENT MANAGER COUPLE/TEAM FOR SELF STORAGE AND U-HAUL BUSINESS
We have an immediate opening for a highly experienced, highly energetic Management Team to run a self-storage facility and U-Haul business in St Johns County. One person will be full-time and one will be part-time. Team will reside on-site and provide superior customer service, creating a positive and welcoming environment for our customers.
You must be able to work and live together and have the energy to complete a multitude of daily tasks. Team will share property and office duties to ensure that office, grounds, and buildings are at the quality standards we can all be proud of.
Qualifications:
Team must be energetic, outgoing, and deliver service with a smile.
Team must be organized and detailed oriented, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Team must have strong problem solving and time management skills.
Team must be comfortable performing computerized transactions throughout the day and learning new software programs.
Team must be physically able to perform office/grounds cleanup and basic maintenance.
Team must have previous applicable experience. Leasing, collections, computer, self-storage, property management, U-Haul rental experience helpful.
Excellent compensation package including bonus incentive & benefits, as well as apartment, utilities, and more. Hours and pay rate negotiable and based on experience.
