Job Overview:
The VaVia Jacksonville Sales and Marketing Rep forms relationships with and generates sales through individual clients, contractors and local partnerships. He/she conforms to company values and works as a team with leadership and operations staff to represent the VaVia brand in the Jacksonville marketplace.
This role requires a motivated and entrepreneurial candidate to join our growing small business. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, a passion for relationship building, and a drive to contribute to our success. This role will primarily focus on sales and prospecting with some marketing responsibilities. It's a perfect for someone who thrives in an environment where they can make a direct impact and play a key role in business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out the VaVia sales playbook daily to acquire new customers – involving some local travel to meet with potential clients and attend networking events
o Researching and prospecting new customers
o Conducting office visits and attending production meetings with potential customers to introduce the VaVia brand and services
o Cold calling from lead lists – some leads will be provided but role will require generating some leads as well
o Actively participate in local professional organizations – Home Builders Association, Business Networking group (BNI), Jax Chamber of Commerce
Achieve scorecard targets for sales and interactions
Manage time effectively to maximize in-person sales opportunities
Consistently seeks to support and enhance our partnerships
Anticipate needs, listen, and follow up with new and existing customers
Manage systems used for prospecting and marketing to potential customers – CRM, text/email campaigns
Support leadership with management of social media platforms and growing the business through these platforms
Conduct regular market and competitor research to maximize customer value and stay informed of market changes
Qualifications

Proficient with Microsoft Office

Tech-savvy
Committed to personal development in a team-first culture
Sales and/or Customer Service experience preferred
Bi-Lingual is a bonus – Spanish
