904Tree.com is looking for someone who:
-Knows the Tree Industry is a Plus but Not Needed.
-Can Communicate with Home and Business Owners without issues. "Hello, do you need tree work?" = That's the pitch!
-Can work weekends during storms and travel during large storm events; not mandatory but helpful.
-Can use a keyboard, a cell phone, the internet, and has basic digital skills.
-Can KNOCK DOORS during tree service work while saws /crews are working/easy money here.
-Can make Cold Calls (phone and in person) to business owners, Property Management Co's, Mitigation/Lawncare and etc. companies.
-Has Reliable Transportation - 100% MUST
Is Reliable, Consistent, and willing to build their business while we grow ours - 100% MUST.
-You can work old-school with pad/pen or you can have access to our Jobber.com account to type in your leads (building your own database for ease of account management).
COMMISSION For Sales - Daily or Weekly Pay for Door Knocking -
Some Gas Money Provided for first week or so, Training and Lunch.
-We pay a % with signed contracts that include customer down payments ASAP.
-We pay 100% after completing the job and "Billed Out" if no deposit is received.
-We can pay for some expenses, marketing materials, "some leads", and even hand you a vehicle if your DL is clean.
We are willing to coach and somewhat train you about the industry.
What we will not do is chase you, put up with bad habits, lying, aggressiveness, and know-it-all attitudes.
