Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Advertising Salesperson to join our team. As an Advertising Salesperson, you will be responsible for generating revenue by selling advertising space to businesses. This is a commission-based position, offering earning potential for individuals with a passion for sales and a proven track record in B2B sales.

Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential clients in various industries to sell advertising space.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their advertising needs and providing tailored solutions.
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential advertising opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Present and pitch advertising packages to clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our platform.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring maximum profitability and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective advertising strategies and campaigns.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any client inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs regularly.
Requirements:
Some experience in B2B sales, preferably in the advertising or media industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a focus on generating revenue through a commission-based structure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and understand their unique advertising needs.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to persuade and influence decision-making.
Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and generate reports.
A creative thinker with a keen eye for identifying advertising opportunities and trends.
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
