We are seeking motivated and ambitious Remote Yacht Sales Agents exclusively in these areas to join our dynamic team. This is a commission-only role with outstanding earning potential for driven individuals.

Position Details
Location Requirement: Applicants must be based in Jacksonville, Florida.
Remote Role: All training and support are handled remotely—training will be conducted over Zoom.
Compensation: 100% commission only. There is no base salary or hourly pay.
Schedule: Full-time, flexible hours, must be available to work some weekends and occasional holidays as needed to serve clients.
What You’ll Do
Proactively identify, engage, and build relationships with prospective yacht and boat buyers and sellers.
Manage client relationships throughout the entire sales process with professionalism and urgency.
Develop and maintain listings while staying on top of market trends and industry knowledge.
Since you will be based in Jacksonville, FL you will also be responsible for visiting boats in your region to take professional photos and videos of listings—both of company-owned boats and any boats you bring in yourself.
Represent All Florida Yacht Sales with integrity and enthusiasm in all customer interactions.
What We’re Looking For
No prior yacht or boating industry experience required.
Strong work ethic, go-getters, and willingness to follow proven training and guidance.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.
Sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
Florida Yacht & Ship Broker License required (we will guide you through the process; fingerprinting and background check are mandatory per state requirements).
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply (not required).
Access to reliable transportation; truck with towing capability is a plus.
