Full-Time Female Videographer/Assistant – Athletic, Outgoing – Golf & Lifestyle Startup (Southside Jax)
We are hiring a full-time female videographer/assistant to join a fast-growing golf & lifestyle startup in Southside Jacksonville.
We’re building something revolutionary in the golf world — with patents, trademarks, and a completely new way to play and enjoy the game. Fast-paced, fun, creative, and athletic environment.
No personal gear needed — we have brand-new, professional equipment, including:
Canon EOS R6 Mark II
GoPro Hero 14
Professional lighting + studio backdrop setup
Wireless & lav mics
Tripods, stands, and all accessories
You’ll be trained on everything.
What We’re Looking For:
Female, athletic, energetic, outgoing
Comfortable appearing on camera occasionally
Fun personality, positive attitude, good communicator
Reliable, professional, and eager to grow with a startup
Creative eye is a plus but not required
Interest in lifestyle, fitness, or golf content is a bonus
Job Responsibilities:
Film short-form video content, product videos, and golf/training clips
Record lifestyle & behind-the-scenes footage
Shoot product and merchandise photos for our online store
Assist with lighting, audio, tripods, and camera setup
Appear in simple on-camera segments when needed
Work in a fun, fast-paced creative environment
Full-time commitment — lots of upward potential as we grow
Pay & Schedule:
Full-time: 40 hours/week
$25/hour to start
Bonus potential based on production output & quality of work
Paid weekly
Opportunities for raises as the company expands
Generally Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shoots
