Job Title: CNC Helper – Custom Cabinetry Shop
Location: Atlantic Beach, FL

Schedule: Monday – Friday

We are a high-end custom cabinetry shop specializing in handcrafted residential millwork. Our team is passionate about quality, detail, and craftsmanship. We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated CNC Helper to support our CNC operations and contribute to the production of precision cabinetry components.
Responsibilities:
Assist CNC operator in daily machine setup and operation
Load and unload materials on CNC router
Maintain clean and organized work area
Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
Label, sort, and stage parts for assembly or finishing
Perform basic maintenance on CNC equipment
Follow shop safety protocols and standard operating procedures
Assist with other shop duties as needed
Requirements:
Some woodworking or manufacturing experience preferred
Familiarity with CNC machinery a plus (training available)
Ability to read a tape measure and understand basic shop math
Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions
Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and standing for extended periods
Team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
