PAY: $20/hr
HOURS: 50-55 hours per week
SCHEDULE: 7:00AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday, can work extended hours and Saturdays
DURATION: 2+ months
START: ASAP
Job Description:
We are seeking reliable and motivated Electrical Apprentices and Helpers to assist with installing holiday lighting on residential projects. The ideal candidate will have basic electrical or custom lighting installation skills, comfortable with heights, experience with hand tools, and the ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Install holiday lighting on homes in Jacksonville
Work on ladders (MUST be comfortable with heights)
Material handling
Perform cleanup duties and assist with unloading materials.
Utilize hand tools effectively for various tasks.
Follow directions and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
Basic electrical or custom lighting installation skills are required.
Experience with hand tools is required.
Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions.
A team player who works well with others.
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
Working Conditions:
Must be able to work in various weather conditions.
Ability to lift and move heavy materials.
Must be able to stand, walk, and perform labor for extended periods.
