Job Description: As a Skid Steer Operator, you will be responsible for primarily grading home lots. Your duties will include operating skid steer machinery to prepare construction sites, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate skid steer machinery to grade home lots and build house pads.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
Follow project plans and specifications to ensure accurate grading and pad construction.
Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Skid Steer Operator in a construction setting.
