Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced full-time Installer who understands air flow, can size, and build duct, braze, wire, and do a factory start-up correctly.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of HVAC installation experience and know that if their goal is an eventual career doing service work, they will not be held back.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Braze copper lines
Install copper, thermostat wire, and drain lines
Size, construct, assemble and hang duct in a residential and light commercial environment.
Perform factory start ups
Demonstrate a positive attitude with both co-workers and customers
Communicate effectively with customers
Demonstrate a motivated and dependable work ethic
Express a desire to learn and not be afraid to ask for help
Complete and submit necessary paperwork in a timely manner
Communicate and work well with other team members
Maintain you service vehicle inventory
Maintain an excellent driving record
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 year HVAC installation experience
Proven ability to correctly do a factory start up
Experience with sizing and building duct work, as well as best practices brazing and wiring
Clean driving record with valid driver’s license
Pass a background & drug test
US work authorization
Preferred but not Required:
High School Diploma, GED or Tech/Trade School
EPA Type II
Physical Requirements:
Ability to walk, climb, squat, bend, reach, hand dexterity, good eyesight, good hearing, good mental judgement.
