Interior trim/finish carpenters needed. If your looking for a long term position, our company has be in business for 20 years. Some of our guys have worked here for 18 years. We really take pride in our company and the quality work we do. We work for some of the largest new home builders in Jacksonville. We value our team as family. Great work environment.
-Team Leader - Knowledge in all areas of finish carpentry, Leadership qualities, Someone who understands the need for quality and a good tempo ( work smart, not hard concept ) In person interview to discuss pay scale
-Stair/Built in/Specialty - Should be able to complete any project including wood. $250-350 per day.
-Cutters - Must have tools to complete basic trim requirements. (We all work together so if you are missing a few items you will be good and we will supply top quality tools for guys with a motivated attitudes. Vehicle down the road for company men). Short evaluation at $20 per hour. At the end of the week we will or will not make an offer. (we can work with you if you can't work an entire week for the trial)

-$125 per pay for fuel (biweekly pay)
-Vacation that accrues per hour
-3 sick/personal days
-Employer match program. 3% of salary (after 2 years)
-Christmas Bonus ($1,500 - $2,000 depending on year. Could be higher)
-Over time available
-$350 bonus paid 1 month after employment starts
