Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Painter with over 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting and decorating, including the application of wallpapers and other decorative and protective finishes. This position involves preparing surfaces, mixing and applying paints, and supervising painting projects to ensure high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and repairing any imperfections.
Mix and apply paints, varnishes, and other finishes.
Apply wallpapers and other decorative finishes to various surfaces.
Supervise and manage painting projects from start to finish.
Ensure all work meets company standards and client specifications.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of professional painting experience.
Proficiency in preparing surfaces and applying a wide range of finishes.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to supervise and manage painting projects.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
