I am interested in hiring someone that is skilled at several residential projects. The gig will start out with direct projects but could parlay into a total and complete renovation. I've had situations of sabotage in the past so any unethical, immoral or illegal acts will meet with immediate dismissal The person should be prepared to do whatever is appointed them to do. No job should be beneath or above the person's skillset or attitude poster.
