Drywall and metal framing contracting firm is accepting resumes for a superintendent position for commercial metal framing, drywall, painting and acoustical ceiling projects. We also do residential drywall and painting, this would be part of the job position. Job responsibilities includes setting up subs and employees, delivering some materials, quality control and coordination on residential and commercial projects. A minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial metal framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings and related contracting is required. Candidates must be highly organized and clean cut. Projects range from 2 weeks up to 3 months in duration. Being able to multi task is a must. Most of our work is located in the Jacksonville area and surrounding counties. Our work is performed with subcontractors, and superintendents are generally not required to self-perform work on projects. Competitive pay. Please respond with resume.
