We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Pipe Fitter to join our team.
The role requires proficiency
1. Need to know how to know to fit ,assemble, layout, install and maintain stainless steel and coper Inconel pipe systems on steam, fluid or gas systems. The Pipe systems may include but not limited to: pipe, flanges, supports, valves, gauges, hangars, and angles.
2. Maintain working knowledge of various types of pipe and pipe systems, including butt welded and socket welded.
3. Reading isometric drawings, taking measurements, fabricating and installing piping efficiently
4.Align, bolt, and clamp together components of fabricated metal products to secure in position for welding
5.Assemble and secure pipes, tubes, fittings, and related equipment according to specifications by welding and threading joints
6. Position and secure materials and workpieces during installation; and install all other items in accordance with the applicable plans and specifications
7. Needs to be experienced with nonstandard dimensions and take-offs.
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and other written instructions and diagrams to perform the task at hand.
Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment.
Verify product dimensional specifications with measuring instruments.
Setup, operate and maintain equipment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar role.
Familiarity with safety standards and regulations
Ability to handle heavy equipment and materials.
Proficiency in English.
Precision and attention to detail.
Excellent manual dexterity, accuracy, and physical stamina.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
