HardHat National Accounts is seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Foreman to install and oversee plumbing systems on a large construction site located in Middleburg, Florida.
Pay is up to $37/hour- No Per diem
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret site plans, construction drawings, and scopes of work.
Supervise and coordinate activities of assigned tradesman.
Participate in pre-construction plan reviews and inspections
Responsible for coordinating essential personnel on site for the project to include crew mobilization.
Provide direct supervision and technical guidance to Leadman, Electricians, Welders, and Apprentices
Maintain various plumbing systems both inside and outside of buildings
Skills and experience
Must have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience as a Commercial Plumbing Foreman
Must have a current Texas Journeyman Plumbing License
Must have a valid Driver’s License and meet insurance requirements
Med Gas Certification a plus
