I am a landlord with several rental properties seeking experienced handyman that is looking to supplement their current income with extra work. Most work can be scheduled around your existing work.
Most of the work is relatively easy small jobs but sometimes the repairs needed are larger jobs and may take a few days to complete.
Location of my properties very from several in Oceanway, some on the Westside and a few in Fleming Island and south.
Types of repairs;
- Carpentry – door and trim replacement, porch step and deck repair, etc.
- Basic plumbing- flush valve replacement, faucet replacement, etc.
- Basic electrical- changing light fixtures, installing ceiling fans, etc.
- Drywall- mostly patchwork to damaged drywall
- Flooring- laminate flooring, LVP, sub-floor repair, etc.
- Painting- interior walls and trim, exterior painting, etc.
- Pressure Washing- cool sealing roof of mobile homes
