HIRING: EXPERIENCED Screen Printer

We want a Full-Time EXPERIENCED Screen Printer to add to our team. Manual and Auto a plus.
Must be reliable and hard-working. We need a SKILLED press person to integrate into our high-volume production team quickly. We deliver consistency, high quality, and exceptional service. Our ideal candidate is a team player, attentive, motivated, hardworking, and detail-oriented with a passion for screen printing.
Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in up to six color high volume manual print operation.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of both Manual and Automatic press operation is ideal.
Must be an active learner, an active listener, and have good reading comprehension to understand all work orders.
Comprehensive knowledge of screen preparation: clean, reclaim and coat screens expose screens and make ready for printing.
Ability to set up screens for multi-color projects.
Must have an understanding of mesh counts, coating, and exposure.
Must have good knowledge of ink colors and mixing.
Ability to quality check each garment as it exits the press.
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
Must be detail-oriented, production minded, and able to work at a fast pace.
Must be a self-starter, dependable, responsible, and reliable.
Ability to multitask and problem-solve on the press.
Ability to work safely and efficiently with minimal supervision.
Must have exceptional communication skills.
Must be able to work in a team environment.
Must have reliable transportation.
Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day.
Able to lift up to 50lbs.
Physical Requirements:
Duties and expectations would encompass set-up, loading ink, running the equipment, cleaning/breaking down, and troubleshooting. Clear vision, correct color perception, and hand-eye coordination are crucial. The position requires working UP TO 40 hours a week. While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly standing for long periods. Repetitive movement of the body is required regularly. The position requires lifting of no less than 15-50lbs regularly.
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 pm, Fridays only as needed and major Holidays off.
Wages: Hourly based on provable experience
