Woodland Estates, a thriving mobile home community in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking experienced and reliable refurbishment vendors to join our team. If you specialize in mobile home repairs, renovations, or refurbishments, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive refurbishments on mobile homes, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and flooring.
Ensure all refurbishments meet community standards and local regulations.
Provide accurate cost estimates and maintain project timelines.
Work collaboratively with our management team to meet community needs.
Requirements:
Proven experience in mobile home refurbishments or a similar field.
Licensed and insured.
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
