Key Responsibilities:
- Perform framing and finish carpentry.
- Run electrical wiring and connect panel boxes.
- Handle light plumbing, including sink installations.
- Safely operate power tools in a shop environment.
- Learn and adapt to new techniques and tools to contribute to our unique builds.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing work.
- Ability to use power tools confidently and safely.
- Reliable transportation to and from our downtown Jacksonville location daily.
- Desire and ability to learn new skills and approaches.
- Strong commitment to a drug-free workplace; random drug screenings apply.
Trial Period:
All new hires will undergo a paid trial period to assess skills, performance, and compatibility with the team, ensuring a mutual fit.
