We are seeking a skilled and proactive Airport Supervisor to join our team on a contract basis. This role is pivotal in managing our vehicles and drivers, ensuring 100% staffing levels, and maintaining the smooth daily operation of our market.
Job: Responsibilities
Vehicle and Driver Management:
Oversee daily operations and performance of vehicles and drivers.
Ensure all vehicles are in optimal condition, adhering to company standards and safety regulations.
Conduct regular inspections and coordinate necessary repairs and servicing.
Manage vehicle assignments and ensure proper stocking and equipment.
Staffing:
Maintain 100% staffing levels by recruiting, training, and managing drivers.
Address staffing issues and implement solutions to ensure seamless operations.
Operational Oversight:
Monitor and evaluate driver performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
Coordinate with the airport manager to resolve operational challenges or incidents.
Customer Service and Communication:
Ensure high levels of customer service and professionalism among drivers.
Communicate effectively with drivers, staff, and management.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
