Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Project Management Consultant in Juno Beach, Florida. This role is integral to our operations in the construction industry, providing crucial support to our project management efforts. The individual in this role will monitor construction work conducted by contractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with budgetary, scheduling, and safety goals.Responsibilities: Monitor and assess productivity, schedule compliance, work quality, and safety performance on assigned projects. Validate the completion of work according to design requirements and review contractor payment requests. Coordinate project activities with stakeholders such as vendors, suppliers, regulatory agencies, local community officials. Assist in scope control, budget oversight, resolution of technical issues, performance reporting, scheduling, and work-in-progress. Reinforce expectations related to safety procedure compliance, lessons learned, corrective action, and appropriate work behaviors for employees and contractor staff. Interface with landowners, local regulators, and state agencies to ensure smooth project operations. Manage utility crossing agreements, securing necessary permits, tracking agreement status, managing document control for accurate reporting. Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project alignment. Coordinate activities or groups such as safety programs, engineering, construction, budget analytics, and contract administration. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Requirements Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively liaising with stakeholders, suppliers, and vendors Proficient in reporting and analytics, able to interpret and use data to drive decision-making Understanding of compliance and payment processing procedures Familiarity with budget processes and financial management Demonstrated ability to maintain quality standards across all tasks and projects Ability to manage project scheduling effectively Proven experience in project management Knowledge of workstation support, able to resolve technical issues Experience in managing vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely progress Ability to drive productivity among team members Background in engineering and construction sectors would be advantageous Ability to resolve issues promptly and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations Experience conducting surveys for project oversight Technical knowledge to handle any arising technical issues Understanding of agreement and commission functions Experience in managing expense accounts.
