Baby's Coffee Key West retail specialty food store, is looking for FULL TIME staff who love to drink coffee and want to work in the coffee and food business. All newly hired staff must be 18 or older, and complete our intensive 10 day barista training program, to be considered for employment. That training consists of 5 morning and 5 afternoon shifts that will brings you up to speed quickly with an understanding of how to make all types of espresso based drinks, cold brew, hot brewed , iced, and frozen, drinks, and health codes. All applicants must already live from Key West to Big Pine Key to be considered for employment due to drive times to Baby's Coffee. All applicants must completely fill out our employment application and attach a current resume and deliver it in person to Baby's Coffee to be considered for employment, please do not leave a phone message. $10.00/hour during training, then $15.00/hour full-time.
