We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and energetic Barback to join our team at South of the Seven. As a Barback, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our bar, directly supporting our bartenders and contributing to a great guest experience. Our clientele are mostly Locals, so we're looking for team members with the ability to build strong relationships with our local guests.
Your responsibilities will include restocking and organizing the bar area with all necessary supplies, maintaining a clean and presentable bar area, collecting empty glassware and trays to clear away, assisting with restocking beer kegs, replacing empty bottles, and managing inventory, refilling ice bins and performing basic prep work such as cutting garnishes and preparing ingredients for drinks, plus handling any other duties as assigned by the bartender or bar manager.
Requirements:
You must be 21 years of age.
Ability to lift and move heavy items (e.g., kegs, bottles).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable transportation is a must.
Bonus Points:
Experience in a restaurant or bar setting is a plus, but not required.
