We are opening a new and exciting Brewery/Restaurant called âBlaue Wolfâ in a small but very busy tourist town located in the beautiful southern Appalachian Mountains. The name of the village is Helen, Georgia, located approximately 25 miles from North Carolina. It has a German theme and gives you the feeling you are in Germany. The beautiful upper Chattahoochee River runs thru the middle of town. We will be serving some German dishes and some southern, but the main theme will be wild caught Alaskan seafood! We are from Alaska so we are bringing a little taste of Alaska here. It is essential that you have the expertise to cook seafood to perfection consistently. This can be an excellent opportunity for the right people. And you will be able to work with us from the beginning!
