We are looking for an aspiring and talented cook who has passion for food and the drive and ambition to become the leader of his own kitchen. Creativity with determination to develop your culinary depth important. If you have strong culinary skills with the desire to acquire the tools and experience necessary to become a chef here is an excellent development opportunity.
This is an entry level culinary management position. Candidate should possess strong food knowledge, cooking skills and leadership ability in a hands-on environment. Responsibilities include menu planning and execution, supervision of kitchen staff, ordering/inventory control, labor control, maintenance of food service sanitary standards, safe food handling standards and general kitchen procedures and protocols.

Position is salaried, full time and available immediately. Required to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
