We're looking for an individual who possesses the following assets and more:
A passion for Ingredients turning quality ingredients into a remarkable finished product.
Initiative and positive disposition.
At least two years experience cooking on a restaurant line.
Ability to work well on a team.

Welcome to South of the Seven, a restaurant that celebrates a region and a lifestyle. We specialize in fresh, locally-caught seafood, Mediterranean-inspired dishes, and prime steaks and chops.
