Line Cook/Prep Cook- At least 1Year experience.

Prepare food in fast-paced and high volume environment -cooking, washing, slicing, chopping, peeling, etc.
Maintain proper food storage areas through labeling and rotation
Read and follow recipes
Maintain cleanliness of work stations
Operates kitchen equipment
Prepare a variety of foods, meat, seafood, poultry, vegetables
Prepare sauces and supplementary garnishes for allocated station
Returns dirty food preparation utensils to the appropriate areas
Perform additional responsibilities as requires by the Chef, Sous Chef
Experienced in all fasts of the kitchen to include: Prep, boiler, ovens, grills, and sauté.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of safe handling and storage of food products
Exhibits working knowledge of and safe use of kitchen equipment
Ability to demonstrate knife skills
Able to lift and carry up to 50lbs
Follow directions regarding dietary restrictions and allergies
Food handler's certification (or ability to obtain certification)
Ability to take direction.
Ability to work in a team environment.
