As a Line Cook, you would be responsible for assisting the executive chef in all aspects of the food production for banquets, including food preparation. The Line Cook should be able to take charge of preparing the food items, fry and/or stations or other areas in the kitchen. He/she is also responsible for cleaning and maintaining the station in practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills
Skills and requirements:
2+ years cooking and kitchen experience
Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds at a time on a regular basis
Excellent verbal communication and organization skills
Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more a day
Full time, evenings required
