The employee shortage has raised pay, but many have taken the opportunity to lower their standards. Showing up late, having low standards and bringing drug and alcohol issues to work are now commonplace again, and we DO NOT accept it. Low personal and professional standards harms fellow employees, harms our restaurant and harms our customers, not to mention the harm is does to the individual and their family and friends.

Applicants must be honest, experienced, have high standards and flexible schedules. We have a restaurant with food you can be very proud of and a great team that is enjoyable to work with. We have always paid above scale for those with skills that are team players.
